Instant pack that can be kept hot or cold
For COLD: Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
For HOT: Wrap in a wet towel and heat in a 700W microwave for 1 minute, then knead to distribute heat evenly before use. Heat for 10 seconds at a time if necessary.
Lasts for about 15 minutes. Can be used repeatedly.
