Both team customers will receive free shipping on purchases of 5,000 yen or more (tax included).
In addition, for purchases of less than 5,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee will be a flat 770 yen (tax included).
*For delivery to Okinawa and remote islands, a flat rate of 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged regardless of the purchase amount. Please note that for remote islands, we may inform you of the shipping fee after your order.
2. Specifying delivery date and time

* Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive (decline to receive cash on delivery)
●In the case of an extended absence According to Sagawa Express regulations, the storage period for your package when you are absent is, in principle, 7 days from the date of initial delivery.
Once the storage period at Sagawa Express has expired, your package will be returned to the Mueller Japan Official Online Shop.
At this point, your order will be considered "cancelled due to extended absence" and you will be charged for round-trip shipping and handling fees. - Delivery time

Returns and defective products

Returns must be made within 7 days of the product's arrival date. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after this date.
