Arch height and shape vary from person to person. Insoles that do not fit your arch height can reduce athletic performance and cause pain in the arch area. It is important to choose an insole that matches your arch height. Use the "FIT Board" as a tool to help you choose the appropriate "FIT2 insole."

1. Take off both shoes. Keep socks on. (Avoid bare feet.)

2. Slowly step onto the Fit Board and wait for about 15 seconds.

3. Slowly step off the FIT board. The impression you make will determine your arch type.

The FIT Board records the shape of the sole of your foot using heat from your body, so please pay attention to the following points:

• Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time
• Please store at room temperature as much as possible.
• If it gets dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not use synthetic detergents.
• Do not subject the crystal paper surface to strong impacts.
• Please store it away when not in use.
• Store at room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees.
• Do not expose to UV light
• When using continuously, please leave an interval between uses.
• Keep surface clear of water
• In stores and clinics, if it is cold or the floor is cold, the FIT board may not respond.
