- Gently pull the arm sleeve up from the bottom to the top.
- Smooth out any wrinkles and apply evenly
- Pulling too quickly not only damages the material but also reduces the stability of the compression.
- Wash with mild detergent
- Please refrain from using bleach or fabric softener as they may cause deterioration of the product.
- Avoid direct sunlight and dry in the shade.
