How to put on and cut the insole
1. Place the purchased insole into your shoe and check the size. (If you are using the replacement insole, remove the included insole.)
2. Cut the insole in 1-2 mm increments
3. Put the cut insole in and put your hand in to check if the toe part is aligned.
- After washing by hand with a mild detergent, wipe off excess water with a dry cloth and allow to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
- If you have a foot disorder, consult a doctor before use.
- We recommend replacing it periodically to maintain proper function. The replacement period varies depending on the usage and environment, but the general rule of thumb is once every one to one and a half years.
- Please note that the product may deteriorate if it has been unused for more than two years after purchase. Please use the product as soon as possible after purchase.
- If water remains in the shoes for a long period of time, it may deteriorate and dissolve. If the shoes get wet, be sure to remove them from the shoes and let them dry naturally.
